How It Works

To begin your application for access to our product offerings, please fill out the form below. Your application will be reviewed within 24 hours. Once reviewed, you will receive an email verification—please follow the instructions to create your account.

Important Steps

1. Approval Process - You must be approved before you can log in to your account and access our product offerings.
2. Upload Doctor Approval - At checkout, you will upload a valid prescribing doctor approval form via the PDF link provided. This is a requirement from NSW Health and MUST be followed.
3. Verification - All forms, doctor details, and uploaded PDFs will be verified prior to order approval and will then be processed by our warehousing team.
4. Subscribe for Updates - Don’t forget to subscribe to our email list for updates on new products, research papers, and studies.

We suggest you choose the 30-day consignment option at checkout. All invoices will be finalized at the end of the month, and please note there is a 7-day due date for payment.
