What does Kaizen Supply Chain Solutions do?
Kaizen Supply Chain Solutions is a licensed Medicinal Cannabis Distributor. We work with Doctors, Pharmacists, and Suppliers to provide high-quality medicinal cannabis products while ensuring compliance with Australian regulations. We also have a directory available so patients can search and find prescribing Doctors and Dispensaries near them.
Who can purchase from Kaizen Supply Chain Solutions?
To access our full product range, your business must be a verified entity with an AHPRA registration number and a registered ABN.
How do I sign up as a new customer?
To sign up, you must complete our Doctor / Dispensary Access form , provide your valid AHPRA number, and ensure your business is properly registered with a valid ABN. Once verified, you will gain access to our entire product catalog and ordering system.

Doctor Approval Letter Upload
The NSW Ministry of Health clearly outlines the requirements for all orders placed through the Kaizen portal. Every order must be accompanied by a TGA-authorized prescriber's letter. It is Kaizen's responsibility to engage with the product owner(s) and request authority to release stock. This authority cannot be obtained without a prescriber’s letter and the necessary order details, including the AHPRA number, pharmacy details, and ABN.
Once checkout is complete, you will have the option to upload the Doctor Approval letter as a PDF. This is the easiest way for both parties to stay compliant with NSW Health requirements.
How does the 30-day consignment work?
We offer a 30-day consignment on orders, allowing our customers to stock products without upfront payment. We invoice month to month, all invoices for all orders during the month are rounded together, you will receive an invoice at the end of each month, you will have 7 days to pay your invoice, after 7 days a $10 daily fee will incur as a late fee.
What if there is an issue with the product packaging?
If there is a problem with the packaging, we are required to take back the product. Please contact our support team at customerservice@kaizensolutions.com as soon as you identify an issue, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
Can I return or exchange products?
Returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the packaging or if the product is defective. Contact us immediately if you experience any problems.
Account & Verification
What documents do I need for verification?
As a licensed distributor, we must ensure that all customers meet the legal NSW Heath requirements to purchase medicinal cannabis. Verification helps maintain compliance and ensures that only authorized businesses have access to our products.
How long does the verification process take?
Verification typically doesn’t take very long, but please allow up to 24 hrs. If additional information is required, processing times may be longer.
Why do I need to be verified before purchasing?
You will need to provide your AHPRA number and proof that your business is registered in Australia. We like to see all fields filled out so we can also add your business to our directory, directing patients to you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders put in before 2pm will have same day dispatch, all orders after 2pm will be sent out the following day.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, we only supply medicinal cannabis within Australia in accordance with local regulations.
